Advanced Refractory Testing Laboratory

Our advanced in-house laboratory is equipped with modern testing instruments to ensure that every refractory product meets stringent quality standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous inspection and performance evaluation before dispatch.

We perform comprehensive testing of raw materials and finished products to verify their physical properties, durability, density, porosity, water absorption, and resistance to thermal spalling, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.

Quality from Lab to Kiln

Every product at Brahma Refractories follows a rigorous quality journey — from raw material selection through final product certification — ensuring performance you can depend on in the most demanding industrial environments.

Step 01
Raw Material Inspection

Chemical and physical analysis of all incoming raw materials including alumina, fireclay, and additives using our electronic balance and chemical analysis apparatus before any production begins.

Step 02
In-Process Testing

Sieve analysis, compression testing, and dimensional checks during production. Our AIMIL compression testing machine (2000 Kn capacity) verifies structural integrity at every stage.

Step 03
High-Temperature Performance Testing

PCE, RUL, spalling, CREEP, and HOT MOR tests in furnaces up to 1850°C simulate actual furnace conditions. Only batches meeting specification are released for dispatch.

Step 04
Certification & Dispatch

Full test certificates accompany every consignment. Our ISO 9001:2015 documentation system provides full traceability from raw material batch to final customer delivery.
